Being a leader can be a stressful and lonely position. Working with a coach can provide you with support, a place to speak freely without judgement and bring positive challenge to move you forwards.

I use many of the same techniques I use in personal coaching, but with a focus on your role as a leader.

Are you a new leader, or would you like some support for your new leader in their role as Registered Manager? 

I can work alongside your new manager to support them through induction, home set up and learning how to apply the regulations and evidence how they are meeting them. 

Mentoring differs from coaching in that it provides guidance and advice from someone with expertise in a particular area. Mentoring provides the mentee with guidance on how to do their role, whilst coaching is led by the coachee and helps to unlock potential.
